Director Of Affiliate Marketing

The Director of Affiliate Marketing will help develop the strategic vision and execution of our affiliate marketing initiatives, define best practices and build brand visibility. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with affiliates, optimizing campaign performance, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance our affiliate marketing efforts. By leading day-to-day operations, the Director will play a crucial role in achieving the company's affiliate marketing goals and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing strategic direction of accounts, managing department resources, overseeing execution of affiliate strategy, leading tactical planning and strategic frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional and executive teams, driving profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships, relationship-building and maintenance, engagement with clients to focus on affiliate marketing program development, execution and strategy, leading MBR, QBR and planning discussions and presentations with clients, fostering the growth and performance of Senior Managers & Managers by implementing Assembly Affiliate processes and guidelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate network or agency marketing experience, strong understanding of one or more online marketing channels, knowledge of affiliate networks, familiarity with HTML, experience with analytics software, discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines, proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting, attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work, ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners, ability to travel when needed, exceptional planning and project management skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, quick learner, creative thinker, strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit, ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $110,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
