Traffic Clerk - Metal Manufacturing
Location : Watseka, IL
Pay : $16.76 - $19.05 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

A local metal manufacturing company in Watseka, IL is looking for a detail-driven Traffic Clerk to be the backbone of their shipping and receiving process. From coordinating freight to ensuring documentation is flawless, you'll play a vital role in keeping products moving and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transfer records in company systems
- Review and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documentation
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Assist with labeling and documentation to ensure compliance with shipping standards
- Support warehouse and logistics teams to maintain smooth shipping workflows
