HR Manager Qualifications Include

Have a "can-do", positive personality!

At least 3+ years experience as an HR Manager / Director in the restaurant industry.

Proven experience / knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines.

SHRM Certification + Bilingual strongly preferred.

Experience managing groups of over 1000 employees.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have expert computer / technology experience

Strong project management skills.

Travel required between NJ and NY

HR Manager Benefits Include
