Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service within our Domino's establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the customer service and food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, managing staff, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
• Oversee food handling processes to maintain compliance with Domino's standards health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate services for events, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Utilize POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team focused on customer service.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations.

Requirements

GM starting salary is $55,000 per year with up to 15% EBITA bonus potential and a full Benefits package.
