A company is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager who specializes in lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire lifecycle funnel from onboarding to loyalty campaigns
Lead and oversee external lifecycle partners to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy
Build audience logic for effective segmentation and personalization of messages
Required Qualifications
4 - 6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Proven track record of managing campaigns from strategy to execution
Deep experience with Klaviyo, Bubblehouse, and Zaymo
Strong understanding of customer journeys and analytics
Experience managing third-party lifecycle or CRM agencies
