Key Responsibilities

• Manage 35 client accounts in the beauty industry, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead and mentor a team of 23 coordinators responsible for sourcing influencers, negotiating deals, and campaign execution.
• Oversee influencer discovery, contract negotiations, gifting, and campaign logistics.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with clients to refine influencer strategy and ensure KPIs are met.
• Ensure accurate and organized data management in Airtable .
• Learn and apply basic task automation skills (training provided) to streamline processes.
