Sous Chef - No, Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays!

• Great work / life balance - Typical schedule is Sun - Thurs, 5am - 3pm -No Nights!
• Paid Federal Holidays off
• Paid week of Christmas off
• Additional PTO and Sick Time
• 401k w / Employer match
• Minimum of three years as a Sous Chef (high volume catering or restaurant)
• Ability to speak Spanish and English is strongly preferred
• A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
• Background in catering production
• Strong leadership and team management skills – Ability to hold your team accountable to high expectations
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and working with vendors
• Creativity & menu development, focus on quality
• Familiarity with managing a team of 10 and overseeing entire kitchen operation
• Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and cost control
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise a strong and talented kitchen team
• Strong eye for quality and upholding high standards of quality as well as cleanliness
• Ability to gather feedback and make adjustments accordingly
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
