Job Requirements
- Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in high-volume upscale or resort restaurants
- Passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- Ability to develop and lead a team
- Knowledge of systems and processes for great execution
- Stable employment history showing career progression
