Fat Earth Media is a creative performance marketing agency focused on brands of purpose. We are looking for a world‑class Creative Strategist to develop briefs for ads that captivate our target audience while aligning with performance marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative and impactful creative concepts that align with client goals and audience insights.
- Develop actionable briefs for the creative team to execute against.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with media buyers, account managers, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure quality assurance by reviewing creative deliverables before client presentation.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance overall performance marketing efforts.
- Align creative concepts with data‑driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze relevant data points, develop client‑facing insights, and present creative strategies and concepts to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in creative strategy in an agency setting.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.Compensation
Total cash compensation : $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
