Trust & Estates Paralegal

The Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal’s primary responsibility is to take on as much work from the attorney as possible, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal provides administrative and substantive legal support to the attorneys of Creative Planning’s legal department.

JOB DUTIES

• Prepares and records deeds and other asset transfer documents
• Prepares trust administration and trust settlement documents, including trust accountings, and coordinates distribution to relevant parties
• Prepares court documents for decedent’s estate and adult guardianships and conservatorships
• Prepares attorney and transmittal correspondence
• Coordinates with clients and asset custodians to obtain and organize asset and debt information for decedents or wards / conservatees
• All other duties as assigned
