About the Opportunity

Join a fast-growing manufacturing company as their next plant QA Manager near Sheboygan, WI. This is your chance to lead quality at the plant level, where your work has a direct impact on customers, operations, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coach a quality technician

Manage plant quality systems and ISO / QMS compliance

Drive audits, metrics (like DPPM), and customer satisfaction

Investigate issues, lead root cause analysis & corrective actions

Partner across production, engineering, and supply chain

Report results and quality trends to plant and corporate leadership

Travel to customer sites when needed, as well as to other facilities for best practices, etc. (up to 25% travel estimated)

What You Bring

5+ years in quality management in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business (or equivalent exp.)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools

Base salary of $75-95K based on experience & education

Bonus : 10% quarterly bonus.
