Duties And Responsibilities :

• Material Movement : Receive, stage, issue, and deliver materials within the facility to support production schedules and customer orders. Follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and ensure equipment is in good working order. Load and unload material from trucks and containers. Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and reconciling of discrepancies. Enter inventory transactions accurately into ERP / MRP systems or scanning devices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles. Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors. Other duties as assigned.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and material movement documentation. Report issues and participate in root cause analysis for material discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper lifting technique. Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas where material is stored and moved out on the production floor. Maintain awareness and report to leaders potential safety hazards.
• Collaboration And Communication : Work closely with team members, supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to address challenges and improve processes. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to report issues and provide updates.
• Workspace Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Store tools and equipment properly.
• Flexibility And Adaptability : Work overtime as needed to meet production goals. Crosstrain in other areas and adjust to new processes or technologies.

Compensation : This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
