Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk :
Process payroll bi weekly for under 100 employeesTracking invoice payments, making bank deposits, and managing cash applicationsHandling customer inquiries, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment arrangementsCalculating billing amounts, and printing and mailing bills when neededPreferred Qualifications :
Non profit experience is a plusIntermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookupsGreat communications skillsEager to learn#ZRCFS #INOCT2025
