Moog's Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Learning & Development Team!

You will work a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To qualify for the Senior Systems Analyst, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog

• Typically, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Development, or closely related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a lead or system analyst of a Learning Management System (preferably, Saba Cloud), Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and Workday Talent suite.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and business users.
• Ability to pragmatically define business solutions and follow the project to end, while setting up the hand off with sustainable success.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-site.

Salary Range Transparency : Buffalo, NY $90,000.00$115,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
