Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Account Manager to lead and oversee security operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for managing over 2,500 hours of weekly coverage and supervising a team of approximately 80 security officers. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Direct and coordinate all aspects of security operations, including scheduling, payroll, staffing, and performance management.Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.Provide leadership and support during critical incidents; prior experience in emergency response or incident management is highly desirable.Maintain a visible presence at client sites, supporting field supervisors and officers in all weather conditions.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and off-hours as needed to meet operational demands.Qualifications :
Minimum of 35 years of management experience in the security industry or a related field.Proficiency in scheduling software and payroll systems.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, but not required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Additional Responsibilities :
