JCM Associates, Inc. is hiring Commercial Plumbers for full time year-round positions in Washington, DC.

We work and partner with premier owners, developers, contractors, vendors, and manufacturers in the industry. Our work is primarily focused on commercial mixed-use, medical, university, and government projects. Some of these past and current projects include, The Wharf Phases 1 & 2 in Washington DC, The Baltimore Arena (CFG Bank Stadium) , University of Maryland New Residences, The Anthem, Catholic University and many more.

Our main office and fabrication facilities are in Upper Marlboro, MD - located just 20 minutes from DC. At the office we have an in-house gym as well as many social functions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Job sites include commercial construction projects of various sizes
• Under the general supervision of a designated supervisor, install, maintain, and repair heating, plumbing and gas piping systems.
• Repair, install, and maintain plumbing, hydronic piping, and gas piping
• Assemble and install piping, valves, and fitting.
