Position Overview

Were hiring a Rental Maintenance Specialist to help maintain our rental properties at a high standard. In this role, youll be responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing routine property inspections, and handling general repairs to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well-cared-for. Youll also maintain positive communication with tenants to support a great living experience. What will I do?

• Schedule and perform regular inspections of rental properties to identify needed maintenance and ensure proper care of each home
• Perform preventative maintenance across multiple properties to avoid costly repairs
• Maintain and update a deferred maintenance list with property addresses, issues, and estimated costs
• Complete scope-of-work punch items identified during post-renovation inspections
• Inspect subcontractor work on punch list items to verify completion and quality standards
• Track progress of repairs and updates in the company CRM
• Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours of receipt
• Document completed work with clear photos and notes for the Project Manager
