Position : Swiss CNC Machinist

Location : Wheeling, IL

Client : Vantedge Medical

Shift : Night Shift (Mon Thu, 5 : 30 PM 5 : 00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor multiple Swiss CNC machines in a team environment.

Perform daily machine maintenance and ensure production quality.

Conduct part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment (training provided).

Read and interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning.

Make tooling changes and offsets as needed (training provided).

Communicate production status and quality issues with team and supervisors.

Follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Swiss CNC machining experience .

Team-oriented and safety-conscious.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand / walk throughout the shift.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Skilled in blueprint reading and part inspection.

Completion of Operation Basics Training.
