Supervisor del equipo de pintura

  • Ayudar a supervisar los subprocesos de pintura para garantizar que las piezas cumplan con las especificaciones.

    • Esto incluye todas las posiciones en línea y fuera de línea relacionadas con la pintura, incluidas, entre otras, Calcomanía, Enmascaramiento, Pin-striping, procesos CVO, celda de verificación, inspección, soplado y tack-off.

  • Ayudar con la programación de la producción de los subdepartamentos para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.

    • Los subdepartamentos de esta oferta incluyen, entre otros, todas las áreas del departamento de pintura fuera de línea, como finura, rayas, retrabajo / preparación de piezas, calcomanía, acabado, ensamblaje e inspección final.

  • Supervisar a todo el personal de pintura y subpintura, tutoría y capacitación para un rendimiento óptimo.
  • Realiza análisis de defectos y catalogación para sistemas de pintura.

    • Haga sugerencias de mejora basadas en los datos.

  • Ayudar con la capacitación y la validación de la capacitación sobre procesos de pintura en el taller de pintura para todos los departamentos de pintura y subpintura, incluidas las operaciones de ensamblaje.
  • Supervise la calidad de la pintura en línea en el sistema para garantizar que la calidad de la pintura sea consistente tanto para los robots como para los pintores.
  • Ayudar con el diseño de accesorios para procesos fuera de línea, como operaciones de rayas y calcomanías.
  • Ayudar a coordinar la capacitación de seguridad para todas las áreas de pintura.
  • Análisis de datos de calidad de los subdepartamentos : impulse mejoras a partir de los datos.
  • Proporcionar soporte de solución de problemas de procesos a todos los procesos de pintura y ayudar a implementar contramedidas efectivas.
  • Servir como enlace entre la ingeniería y la fabricación para resolver problemas de calidad, impulsar la mejora de la apariencia y la reducción de defectos.
  • Proponer los métodos más rentables para la producción al liderazgo.
  • Apoye los eventos de prueba, realice pruebas y supervise según sea necesario.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los esfuerzos de CI para identificar y recomendar métodos para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir el desperdicio y ayudar con la compra de nuevos equipos.
  • Desarrolle e implemente herramientas y procesos para mejorar el rendimiento del sistema de pintura y del subdepartamento fuera de línea, incluida la calidad, el tiempo de actividad, la eficiencia y el costo.
  • Proporcionar soporte de procesos y solución de problemas para pintar y pintar subprocesos e implementar acciones correctivas permanentes.
  • Ayudar a garantizar el cumplimiento ambiental en los sistemas de pintura.
  • Mejorar continuamente el conocimiento de los equipos y prácticas de aplicación de pintura para mejorar la calidad y reducir los costos.

    • CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO

  • Informe diario a la planta de Johnson Creek para las operaciones de pintura del 3er turno (turno actual de lunes a viernes, horas sujetas a cambios)
  • La expectativa es que llegue antes del inicio del turno y permanezca más allá del final del turno para asegurarse de que todo esté configurado correctamente y que se completen las entregas al siguiente turno.
  • De vez en cuando puede requerir que el turno trabaje más tiempo para satisfacer las demandas de los clientes.
