Capital One is hiring a skilled Solutions Architect to join our exceptional team of talented technologists within Capital One Software. We have built out a large engineering organization, moved to the cloud, re-architected our applications and data platforms, and embraced machine learning at scale. Through this journey, we've developed a suite of internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale. We also recognize that many other businesses are facing similar data management needs as they accelerate their cloud and data journeys, and are exploring how best to bring some of the tools to market as enterprise B2B software solutions.

As a Capital One Solutions Architect, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving transformations within Capital One Software. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for designing and implementing Salesforce and Integrated application solutions which span across Capital One Software.

Primary Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce architectural strategy across Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, Marketing, and AI / Einstein use cases.
• Define data models, integration patterns, API frameworks, and governance standards to ensure a scalable, secure, and future-proof platform.
• Balance innovation with technical debt management, ensuring sustainable delivery.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location) : $204,900 - $233,800 for Sr. Manager, Solution Arch

McLean, VA : $225,400 - $257,200 for Sr. Manager, Solution Arch

Richmond, VA : $204,900 - $233,800 for Sr. Manager, Solution Arch

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
