Production Manager Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations related to job scheduling, field performance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures that all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at leading a team of technicians and subcontractors while maintaining excellent communication with customers and office staff.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all active projects to ensure timely completion.
• Assign and manage workloads for technicians, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Track progress, update timelines, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Review work orders and verify scope accuracy before assignment.
