What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Provide remote user support services utilizing TeamViewer and the Ivanti ticketing systemPerform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting, including password resets and hardware issuesLog, route, categorize, and escalate Incidents / Service Requests as necessaryEnsure effective communication regarding the status and resolution of incidentsCollaborate with team members and vendor support to resolve technical issuesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience in troubleshootingTechnical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware in a business environmentAt least 1 year of Active Directory support experienceCompTIA A+ certification requiredStrong problem-solving and effective communication skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
