Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead our tax department and provide strategic guidance on complex tax issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on Corporations, Individuals and Pass-Through entities. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive the best tax strategies while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance for Corporations, Individuals and Pass-Through entities.
• Review and approve tax returns and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions.
• Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice.
• Manage and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
