We are seeking a React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement frontend architecture using React.js, Redux / Context API, and modern UI frameworks.
• Develop scalable component libraries, design systems, and reusable code patterns.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate wireframes into responsive, accessible, and performant applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices-based backends.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI / CD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Mentor and guide developers, perform code reviews, and foster continuous improvement within the frontend team.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
