At Uber, we’re reimagining the way the world moves. The Global CRM team works on high‑impact communications for hundreds of millions of riders worldwide. As a Global CRM Marketing Manager, you will develop strategy and execute global campaigns to drive rider acquisition, retention, and growth for Uber’s Mobility business.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute end‑to‑end global CRM strategies for new and churned riders
Plan, scale, and optimize experimentation to identify best‑in‑class learning agendas
Use marketing automation tools to create promotional, contextual, and educational content that maximizes acquisition and engagement
Establish, report on, and continuously improve KPIs for all communications campaigns
Serve as the CRM voice of the customer and best‑practice expert for the business
Collaborate with marketing, operations, data science, and product teams to build segmentation, insights, and use‑case‑specific campaigns
Coordinate with deployment, content, and creative teams to launch complex automated campaigns through internal and external tools
Document playbooks and lessons learned to accelerate growth across regions
Ensure communications are on‑brand, impactful, and aligned with Uber values
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working globally, with regions and markets outside the United States
Excellent stakeholder and project‑management skills with a balance of detail orientation and swift execution
Strong measurement and analysis skills
Curiosity about technical solutions and how a tech stack can empower CRM
Experience with AI to enhance strategy and efficiency
Experience with A / B testing, messaging, and post‑campaign analysis
Experience with incentivized and engagement‑focused campaigns
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and drive simultaneous projects
Self‑starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and collaborates cross‑functionally
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary : For New York, NY and San Francisco, CA—$104,000 to $115,500 per year. Eligible for Uber’s bonus program and equity award. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other standard benefits. For details, visit Uber’s benefits page.
