A company is looking for a Certificate Filing Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Gather information by contacting medical staff to collect cause of death details and secure signatures
Verify and document medical information according to state requirements while keeping families updated
Track multiple cases, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with the Filing Specialist to meet timelines
Requirements & Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in office administration, deathcare services, or similar roles
Comfortable making follow-up calls and navigating medical offices professionally
Able to manage multiple cases, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate records
Skilled at explaining requirements clearly and documenting information precisely
Quick to learn and use modern tools like Notion, Slack, and Aircall
