Position Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks

What You'll Be Doing
Answer all incoming calls, as the initial point of contactUsing a company-prepared script, answer our customers' questions and guide them to the best service-solution for their homeProvide a sense of calm and exhibit empathy for customers, so they feel comfortableConduct service-related, follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess their current needsHelp the field team by taking detailed notes from customer calls and entering them into our systemProcessing and submitting rebate paperwork, registering product equipment, keeping records of installs, and pulling and processing purchase ordersContribute to our company's culture by being upbeat and hard-workingWhat We're Looking For
High School Diploma / GED is requiredSelf-starter, reliable, flexibility with hoursHigh level of accuracy and efficiencyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCourteous, professional manner, strong customer service skillsComputer literacy and strong typing skillsExcellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical levelAble to work both independently and as part of a teamServiceTitan experience is a major plus!The willingness to learn and grow within the companyPrevious HVAC / Plumbing admin / CSR is a big plus!Bilingual a plus, not requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer
