Job Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Personnel Management : Manage all phases of personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
• Financial Management : Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement.
• Strategic Leasing Management : Develop yearly marketing plans and utilize marketing strategies to obtain closure and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management : Ensure all administrative and leasing reporting is accurate and complete, and manage excellent customer service.

Salary Range : $62,000 per year to $65,000 per year.
