We perform at an efficient pace, not a "milk the clock" hourly rate. The more work you are able to accomplish in the shift, the more you will make. Training is the first 3 assignments and is paid at $15 / hr.
After training, you become part of the revenue percentage pool. Your earning percentage increases with the longevity of employment, at 30, 90, 120, 365 days, and 2 years. The average rate at the incoming percentage comes out to be between $17 and $25 / hr, depending on the location, workload, and number of staff necessary to complete the job. Earnings are figured by calculating the value of your percentage for that day based on revenue received and man-hours necessary to complete the work.
Your own transportation is a must, as we operate in multiple locations throughout the St. Louis area, and each day may be a different location, and some days offer more money-making opportunities if another job becomes available at another location.
All employees must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. (Marijuana Excluded) (No Felony Convictions in 5 years). Drug screens are completed the day your application and interview are processed confirming your employment. Background checks are conducted after 30 days of employment and will then open up opportunity to work at some of our restricted access locations.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
