Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
Manage food ordering for meetings, delivery and set up
Receives, logs, and sends incoming and outgoing packages
Assists in ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies
Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements :
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
Effective verbal and written communication
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced apparel company
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize to do's
Self-directed, able to work independently
Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000
