Position Overview

In this 6-month contract opportunity as a Digital Content Author, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's Member Engagement and Retention strategies, working alongside UX designers, developers, marketers and creative partners to author and produce new app pages, web pages, and digital signage content, along with additional content updating and organization to support our digital product roadmap, including their personalization and AI channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to grow in the field of digital content production, with the possibility to be brought on full time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hands-on authoring using AEM templates, components, and DAM to author and publish app facing pages, with the possibility for web app authoring, in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Updating and adding new content to our app and digital signage channels.
• Work closely with App Content Manager, Marketing Coordinators, and Project Managers to update content on schedule.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Dev, and Creative teams, and other Digital Content Authors
• Ensure audience segmentation through content tagging.
• Assist with editing and ensuring brand consistency.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed.
