Donut Shop is hiring : Part-time Studio Coordinator in Detroit

We are seeking a self-driven candidate to join the Donut Shop team. As studio manager you will contribute to the efficient operation of the studio through various office management, administrative, and marketing tasks.

Company Description : Donut Shop is a growing furniture focused, creative studio made up of friendly designers and fabricators working together to create detail oriented work for spaces through a communicative, approachable and reliable process. Our studio interweaves design theory and practical fabrication techniques allowing us to thoughtfully develop, meticulously plan, and skillfully craft each project.

Responsibilities

• Administrative / Operations : Client communication, Material purchases and vendor coordination, Organize and maintain financials, Create estimates and invoices, Administrative tasks : Answering phone, scheduling, monitoring incoming inquiries, implementing and maintaining SOPs
• Marketing / Proposals : Create client presentations, Manage social media and plan posts, Create branded documents
• Business Development : Identify leads and new project opportunities, Outreach / set up meetings, Attend networking events

Requirements

Availability : 24-32 hours per week, in-person with some flexibility for remote work.

Compensation : Pay commensurate with experience level.
