Controls Engineer

to join a team at a thriving family-owned manufacturing company in the metro Chicago area.

In this contract-to-hire opportunity, you'll use your skills and experience to breathe life into new machinery, taking projects from concept all the way to start-up and commissioning.

Note : You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Program new machinery using your expertise in PLC (RS Logic 5000) and HMI (Factory Talk)
• Leverage your SCADA experience to integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Fine-tune and finalize control programs through debugging.
• Design and layout electrical control panels with AutoCAD Electrical
• Champion the start-up and commissioning process for new machinery
• Ensure adherence to critical safety standards like UL 508A.
