Controller

The Controller is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and operational support to the site. This role oversees Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable (A / R), and Accounts Payable (A / P), ensuring compliance with US GAAP, FASB, and Company policies while driving financial discipline, operational excellence, and business insights. The Controller partners closely with the Site VP / GM and functional leaders to align financial performance with business strategy, leveraging digital tools, data, and analytics to improve decision-making and operational outcomes.

What will you do?

Financial Oversight & Leadership

• Directs and manages the site’s Accounting, Finance, A / R, and A / P functions to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Partners with the Site VP / GM to integrate people, technology, processes, and systems for both strategic and tactical initiatives within plan / forecast constraints.
• Provides coaching and development to the site’s finance team to build capabilities, succession planning, and digital financial literacy.
