Overview of the Office Manager role :
HR - payroll, garnishments, onboarding, benefits, 401(k), workers compensation and insurance renewals.Accounting - accounts receivables, collections, payroll journal entries and account reconciliations.Procurement - planning / sourcing materials, purchasing, variance analysis, create purchase orders and setup suppliers.Administrative - assist president with projects, company events and board meetings.Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager :
Minimum three years of experience in a similar roleMust have ERP experience along with ADP and proficient in Microsoft Excel.Bachelors Degree is preferredKnowledge of Labor LawsProblem-solving skillsEffective interpersonal skillsSalary : $65,000 - $75,000
