Key Responsibilities
Post job openings across various platforms and support recruiters with candidate sourcing and resume screening
Coordinate the interview and hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system and generate recruiting activity reports
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience in a professional environment
Familiarity with recruiting platforms and ATS systems, such as Jobvite
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
