We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will help ensure a safe and compliant workplace by developing safety policies, leading training initiatives, and maintaining adherence to OSHA and other regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs in compliance with OSHA and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare detailed reports, including root cause analyses and prevention strategies.
• Deliver employee training on first aid, CPR, and occupational safety and health practices.
• Partner with management to ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations and workers' compensation requirements.
• Design or fabricate custom safety tools or equipment when necessary to enhance workplace safety.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding safety policies, concerns, and improvement ideas.

Hours : First shift - 8 AM - 5PM
