We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers exposure to all areas of the business—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily priorities for the CEO
- Coordinate communication across Sales, Operations, and Production teams
- Handle confidential information and sensitive projects with professionalism
- Support reporting, presentations, and company initiatives
- Represent the CEO and LBU brand with integrity and strong communication
Qualifications :
3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative supportExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, flexible, and collaborative mindsetDetails :
