Job Details : The Bridging Disciplines Programs (BDP)s at The University of Texas at Austin allow undergraduates to develop a secondary area of specialization that complements their major.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk coverage by answering main line phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming / outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
• Assist with checking in students with Advisors.
• Assist with departmental events.
• Assist with restocking the kitchen and office supply room
• Assist with organizing and maintaining clean departmental conference rooms.
• Assist with any other office-related projects.
