UCI Graduate Division provides leadership on all graduate education matters. We work with all academic units on campus to ensure that scholars from all over the world can learn, teach, and conduct the highest caliber research while pursuing graduate or postdoctoral training. Your Role on the Team
Applies professional student services concepts. Provides varied student services to students, faculty, and department / school / college management. Works on moderately complex issues. Receives assistance on more complex issues. Provides a cross-functional understanding between the Academic Services, Graduate Admission, and Graduate Division Front Desk Teams by providing comprehensive operational and administrative support. Responds to faculty, staff, students, and visitors who contact the Graduate Division looking for information and guidance with a variety of matters related to general UCI inquiries, academic policy, graduate admissions requirements, current student status, and procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive student information in compliance with FERPA and university policies.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $26.53- $31.13 (Hourly).
