Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the DataOps team, providing technical guidance and performance management
Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technologies for data systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems
Required Qualifications
MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related areas
Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams in an agile environment
Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and / or Data Warehouses
Expertise in building data pipelines and experience with AWS, Spark, and Python
Experience with relational databases and Big Data solutions
