Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure compliance of employee relations policies and practices
Investigate employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions
Conduct internal audits of employee relations issues and recommend actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business administration, human resources, or related field
Six or more years of human resources or employee relations experience
Experience with human resources principles, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
