Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions with rotations in Loan Operations, Customer Support, Product, Data, and Program Management.
• Build deep product knowledge by learning how clients and advisors interact with our platform and understanding the technology behind it.
• Engage directly with clients, supporting calls, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Contribute to impactful projects, such as data analysis, product enhancements, and process improvements that drive business results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, product, engineering, and customer success.
• Develop professionally through structured mentorship, feedback, and training designed to accelerate your growth.
