We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines. The role involves building strong relationships with high-value clients, executing sales strategies, and enhancing the brand's reputation within the Mid-West & South Central Regions.

Your responsibility will include :

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings
• Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
• Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory
• Participate in exhibitions to promote the company's products and services
• Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service
