Position Overview

The Associate Director, Learning & Development will lead learning initiatives, programs, and projects within BarkleyOKRP. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs across the 800 employees within BarkleyOKRP. The successful candidate will have a passion for talent development, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Strategy :

• Conduct needs assessments to enhance employee performance and career growth.
• Identify and integrate best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize the ADDIE model to design, develop, and evaluate training programs.
• Apply Kirkpatrick's Model and Bloom's Taxonomy to measure training effectiveness and ensure learning objectives are met.

Qualifications & Experience :

The annual gross base salary range is $87,000 - $109,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
