We're currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, strengthen partnerships, and drive strategic growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial construction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and potential clients.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet company growth objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and executive teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
• Track and report sales activity, leads, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
