They have worked on a wide variety of commercial buildings, from large manufacturing plants and farms, to Fortune 500 Companies and from smaller repair jobs to large multimillion-dollar projects.

What you will be doing

  • Manage a team of 9 commercial sales representatives
  • Manage your own pipeline using CRM systems
  • Build trusting and long-lasting relationships with local and national accounts
  • Set targets and KPIs, mentor sales reps and ensure they have all the tools they need to succeed

    • What we need from you

  • 5 years experience in commercial sales (commercial roofing heavily preferred)
  • A passion for building partnerships and delivering value
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A resilient, result driven attitude
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives
