A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to drive analytics and insights related to Medicaid, Marketplace, or Medicare programs.
Key Responsibilities
Measures key performance indicators for marketing execution and identifies optimization opportunities
Builds and manages operational dashboards to help product & business development teams understand end-to-end performance
Creates analysis to provide insights that inform consumer segmentation, journey mapping, and omni-channel campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics
5+ years of related business experience, preferably with data analysis and visualization
1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of SQL, Adobe CJA, Google Analytics, Snowflake, or other reporting tools / languages preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
