Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Lead quarterly and year-end tax and W2 balancing processes, and implement process improvements

Supervise and develop a team of Payroll Coordinators and generate payroll reports for various teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive payroll experience, with managerial experience preferred

Understanding of payroll principles, GAAP, and internal controls

Experience with automating processes and implementing internal controls

Experience working in a public company or SOX compliant environment

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
