• Lead, mentor, and develop campus managers and site operations teams to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Ensure operational consistency across multiple sites through effective maintenance, incident, and change management practices.
• Act as the primary escalation point for campus managers while encouraging local problem-solving.
• Oversee comprehensive campus go-live readiness, addressing staffing, processes, and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Finance, Security, Supply Chain) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term success.
• Efficiently manage budgets while upholding high service quality standards.
